Good experience. Bit of a wait in waiting room however visit with nurse was quick and visit with physician was quick. I had labs drawn as well, phlebotomist was professional and worked in a timely manner.

Went for follow-up and lab results. Things went well as expected. Was given a BP monitor, which involved meeting Lynn. She has a very good disposition and personality. Made the process enjoyable. Smooth visit which left a feeling of accomplishment.

Dr. Willits was very friendly,answered my questions with satisfaction and recieved emails that afternoon about my medication and home colonoscopy test.
Was very disappointed about not getting the rubber glove test.

The actual care from the NP and DR was great. Highly recommend being seen by this practice. I will say, I had the worst experience with their check in- front office personnel. I waited 2 hours to be seen and went up to the window twice for assistance. I had to walk the halls of the practice asking for help because the wait was causing me to miss meetings at work. It was a nightmare. The front office literally forgot about my appointment and didn’t check me in. Again, the physicians seem best in class but the operations of the front office is the worst I’ve ever experienced in my life!
