On October 28, 2025, we were made aware of a potential data breach involving our medical practice. Since learning of this, our team has been actively investigating the situation across multiple levels to ensure the integrity of our systems.

At this time, we have found no evidence of a data breach within our operations. Our preliminary findings indicate that this matter does not involve Abilene Family Medical Associates. Nevertheless, we remain committed to conducting a thorough review and will continue to monitor and investigate as necessary.
