David W. Longley, DO
Family Physician
David W. Longley, DO, hails from Abilene, Texas. He grew up in this community and later graduated from Wylie High School. His educational journey led him to Abilene Christian University for his undergraduate studies, followed by medical school at the University of North Texas Health Science Center in Fort Worth, Texas.
Completing both his internship and family practice residency in Fort Worth, Dr. Longley underwent training at prestigious institutions such as the Osteopathic Medical Center of Texas, Cook Children’s Hospital, John Peter Smith Hospital, and Fort Hood. He holds board certification in Family Medicine and Osteopathic Manipulation from the AOBFP.
Since July of 2001, Dr. Longley has been serving the Abilene community. Patients appreciate his friendly and down-to-earth demeanor, as well as his supportive attitude. Outside of his medical practice, he finds joy in spending time with his wife, his high school sweetheart of over 30 years, and their five children and their families.
Dr. Longley has also devoted his time to charitable endeavors, participating in medical mission trips to Haiti with his children. His commitment to charity extends beyond borders, with active involvement in works in Abilene, Arkansas, Tennessee, and New York.
